This is your chance to abseil down one of the most iconic buildings in Merseyside all while raising money for a good cause.

Take your journey to the roof of the main-stand and take in the panoramic views of the city seeing as far as the River Mersey and beyond. After this, you’ll be harnessed up and securely tied in to then lean back over the edge of the Main Stand and start your 100ft abseiling journey down.

You’ll pass the Club’s huge offical crest as you descend and when you reach the bottom you’ll be rewarded with your very own Clatterbridge medal, as well as complimentary entrance into the interactive LFC Museum and see all major trophies together.

Why We Need Your Help

By taking on this event you are helping us to deliver pioneering cancer care to patients throughout our region. 1 in 2 of us will be affected by cancer, but with your help we can be at the forefront of cancer treatments, and we can fund vital research, the latest therapies, and innovations in cancer treatment.

We are so often told that The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre is unlike any other hospital. The Charity has funded a range of projects which help to to make Clatterbridge a place that stays in people’s hearts, including bringing cancer treatment closer to patients’ homes and breaking boundaries by becoming the first in the UK to offer a number of treatments.

Emma Rodgers

The Clatterbridge Fairy was specially created by our Charity Patron, internationally acclaimed sculptor, Emma Rodgers.

We asked Emma to share why she's supporting our Fairy Appeal:
"I have been a Patron of Clatterbridge Cancer Charity for 14 years now, as my mum is cared for there. They are incredible with her and getting the 'all clear' was a wonderful moment. They've done more for me than I can ever do for them, so creating the Fairy seems a small thing, really.

And this year I will be dedicating my Fairy to Professor Myint and the Team at Clatterbridge love from Emma, Milly, Annie and family."
