We can’t wait to welcome you back to the Liverpool South 10K once again! Clatterbridge Cancer Charity are proud to announce we have been chosen as the event’s nominated charity for the second year running (pun intended!) so come and join Team Clatterbridge and raise vital funds to support cancer patients across Merseyside, Cheshire and beyond!

This fantastic 10K event is perfect for runners of all abilities – whether you’ve completed the Couch to 5K and are looking for a new challenge, you’ve set yourself a New Year’s Resolution to get out there and start running or you’re a seasoned sprinter this run is the perfect way to achieve that new PB and support local people with cancer. Why We Need Your Help

By taking on this event you are helping us to deliver pioneering cancer care to patients throughout our region. 1 in 2 of us will be affected by cancer, but with your help we can be at the forefront of cancer treatments, and we can fund vital research, the latest therapies, and innovations in cancer treatment.

We are so often told that The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre is unlike any other hospital. The Charity has funded a range of projects which help to to make Clatterbridge a place that stays in people’s hearts, including bringing cancer treatment closer to patients’ homes and breaking boundaries by becoming the first in the UK to offer a number of treatments.

Emma Rodgers

The Clatterbridge Fairy was specially created by our Charity Patron, internationally acclaimed sculptor, Emma Rodgers.

We asked Emma to share why she's supporting our Fairy Appeal:
"I have been a Patron of Clatterbridge Cancer Charity for 14 years now, as my mum is cared for there. They are incredible with her and getting the 'all clear' was a wonderful moment. They've done more for me than I can ever do for them, so creating the Fairy seems a small thing, really.

And this year I will be dedicating my Fairy to Professor Myint and the Team at Clatterbridge love from Emma, Milly, Annie and family."
