Garden of Light
This Christmas, we lit up one of Liverpool’s most famous landmarks with a unique Garden of light. St Luke’s Bombed Out Church was glowing with more than 2,000 specially designed steel flowers lit up to support local people with cancer, those who care for them and in memory of those we have loved and lost.
The flowers were designed especially for Clatterbridge by Emma Rodgers, a world-renowned artist, and a Patron of our Charity.
This stunning installation, sponsored by Medicash, ran for two weeks between 20th November to 5th December. The Garden of Light display has now been moved to The Winter Garden at the Clatterbridge Cancer Centre in Liverpool, which has no access for visitors. The flowers will be displayed there until January 5th. Supporters are able to view the installation from the reception area at Clatterbridge Cancer Centre – Liverpool.
