Gifts in Wills fund a third of our work and helps Clatterbridge Cancer Charity to make a difference to local people with cancer, long into the future.
As members of the National Free Wills Network, we are able to offer our supporters the chance to have a simple Will written or updated free of charge through a network of solicitors, local to them.

We know that your loved ones come first when you are writing your Will, which is why we won’t put you under any pressure to leave us a gift in your Will if you use our free Will writing service.
However, if you would like to take this opportunity to include a gift in your Will to Clatterbridge Cancer Charity, you will be helping to improve cancer care across Merseyside, Cheshire and beyond for generations to come.
If you wish to leave a gift to Clatterbridge Cancer Charity, we can send you our Gift in Wills Booklet to help you choose a gift that is right for you.
It’s easy to use our free charity Will writing service. The first thing we need from you is your name and address. You can provide this by filling out the contact form below.
Once we have your details, we’ll pass them onto the National Free Wills Network, who will provide you with an information pack in the post detailing your local participating solicitors. If you would like to receive the pack by email, please let us know. You then choose a solicitor and make an appointment with them directly. Remember to mention that you are using the National Free Wills Network service.
Please make sure you take the confidential declaration form that is included in your information pack with you to your appointment so that you can redeem this service.
Should you kindly wish to remember us in your Will, you’ll need to share the following information with your solicitor:
Our charity name: Clatterbridge Cancer Charity
Our registered charity number: 1202412
Our address: Clatterbridge Cancer Charity, Charity Office, The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre, Clatterbridge Road, Wirral, CH63 4JY
Please be aware that if you choose to make use of our free Will service, we will need to share your details with the National Free Wills Network. They will only contact you about making a Will for free. Their privacy policy can be found at nationalfreewills.net/privacy-policy.
The Clatterbridge Fairy was specially created by our Charity Patron, internationally acclaimed sculptor, Emma Rodgers.
We asked Emma to share why she's supporting our Fairy Appeal:
"I have been a Patron of Clatterbridge Cancer Charity for 14 years now, as my mum is cared for there. They are incredible with her and getting the 'all clear' was a wonderful moment. They've done more for me than I can ever do for them, so creating the Fairy seems a small thing, really.
And this year I will be dedicating my Fairy to Professor Myint and the Team at Clatterbridge love from Emma, Milly, Annie and family."
