The Liverpool Spring 5K & 10K is back for another year, so put your best foot forward and take part in this year’s Liverpool Spring 5K & 10K for Clatterbridge Cancer Charity!

Although slightly later than planned, the Spring 5K and 10K is always a popular event. You’ll be joined by rapturous entertainment and music from Batala Mersey, Wirral Samba Band and InterCity Blues Band. This is your chance to take in some of Liverpool’s best and most iconic sights, including Sefton Park, the Liverpool Philharmonic and Liverpool’s famous Metropolitan Cathedral.

Why We Need Your Help

By taking on this event you are helping us to deliver pioneering cancer care to patients throughout our region. 1 in 2 of us will be affected by cancer, but with your help we can be at the forefront of cancer treatments, and we can fund vital research, the latest therapies, and innovations in cancer treatment.

We are so often told that The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre is unlike any other hospital. The Charity has funded a range of projects which help to to make Clatterbridge a place that stays in people’s hearts, including bringing cancer treatment closer to patients’ homes and breaking boundaries by becoming the first in the UK to offer a number of treatments.

Emma Rodgers

The Clatterbridge Fairy was specially created by our Charity Patron, internationally acclaimed sculptor, Emma Rodgers.

We asked Emma to share why she's supporting our Fairy Appeal:
"I have been a Patron of Clatterbridge Cancer Charity for 14 years now, as my mum is cared for there. They are incredible with her and getting the 'all clear' was a wonderful moment. They've done more for me than I can ever do for them, so creating the Fairy seems a small thing, really.

And this year I will be dedicating my Fairy to Professor Myint and the Team at Clatterbridge love from Emma, Milly, Annie and family."
